This is a full time 1.0 FTE position. Scheduled shifts Monday through Friday with variable start times. Weekends PRN as needed to support the team. You will work at multiple locations in the Madison area based on needs. Hours may vary based on the operational needs of the department.

We are seeking a Radiology Supervisor – Ultrasound to: 

  • Plan and oversee all operational aspects and activities for assigned sections/modalities, locations and support areas. 
  • Supervise all day-to-day operations including the delivery of care, patient satisfaction, human resource management, equipment oversight and process improvement activities.
  • Participate in planning efforts involving space, equipment, staff, systems, services, supplies, budgeting and financial management and future programs and services. 
  • Ensure that imaging operations are in compliance with prescribed departmental and organizational policies, procedures and strategic values, as well as regulatory and accreditation requirements.

Qualifications
  • Graduate of school of Radiologic Technology or from a school of Diagnostic Medical Sonography Required
  • Bachelor's Degree in a relevant field Preferred
 
Work Experience
  • 2 years of relevant clinical experience Required
  • 3 years of relevant clinical experience Preferred
  • 1 year of relevant clinical experience in a leadership role Preferred
 
Licenses & Certifications
  • Certification by appropriate body (ARDMS) for Supervisor positions in the Ultrasonography modality Upon Hire Required
  • CPR certification within 3 months Required
