WHAT YOU WILL EXPERIENCE IN THIS POSITION:

  • Lead the design process from kickoff through production to deliver the electrical drawing set and electrical bills of materials (EBOMs).

  • Ensure electrical prints and EBOMs meet quality, code, and design standards while supporting on-time project delivery.

  • Address issues identified during initial design reviews and ensure timely resolution.

  • Collaborate across teams to resolve design issues, clarify scope, and ensure project alignment.

  • Provide clarity and direction to support Production during the build and test processes.

  • Coach and mentor the next generation of technical talent.

YOU HAVE:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Electrical Engineering or equivalent experience preferred

  • 5+ years experience preferred

  • Proven experience in electrical design, project engineering, or manufacturing support roles.

  • Familiarity with electrical codes, standards, and power system design principles.

  • Knowledge of bill of materials (BOM) creation and management.

  • ERP system knowledge preferred
