Where You’ll Make a Difference

  • Support Madison Operations’ Quality and Food Safety Assurance Systems aligned with ISO 9001, ISO FSSC 22000, FAMI‑QS, TGA, NSF, and other certifications.
  • Maintain and manage quality and food safety documentation systems to ensure accuracy and audit readiness.
  • Prepare and assemble production batch records for QA approval and verify HACCP Critical Control Points (CCP).
  • Conduct environmental sampling following established QA protocols and participate in pre-operational inspections.
  • Perform sanitation verification and ensure compliance with food safety and GMP standards.
  • Support internal audits related to GMP, quality, and food safety management systems.
  • Communicate food safety program requirements and updates to plant staff and production operators.
  • Participate in Food Safety Team meetings and contribute to quality and safety priorities.
  • Assist QA team members by helping resolve issues quickly and effectively to maintain product integrity.

What Makes You the Right Fit

  • Minimum 2 years of relevant experience supporting quality, food safety, or laboratory environments.
  • Associate’s degree in Chemistry, Microbiology, Biology, or a related field.
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within cross‑functional teams.
  • Strong math, verbal communication, and written documentation skills.
  • Experience in a manufacturing facility with foundational knowledge of Quality Assurance.
  • Familiarity with ISO 9001 and working knowledge of HACCP food safety programs.
  • Ability to follow GMPs and adhere to documentation and compliance standards.
  • Comfortable working in office/production environments, including exposure to hazard‑related training.
  • Solid understanding of QA processes, batch record review, and food safety protocols.
