Position Overview
The Community Concierge plays a vital on-site role in ensuring smooth day-to-day operations within the leasing office of the property. From conducting prospect tours and follow-ups to spearheading internal and outreach marketing endeavors, resident retention efforts, and overnight on-call duties, they are the cornerstone of resident satisfaction and community engagement. Additionally, the Community Concierge may assist with various clerical or office-related tasks as required, showcasing adaptability and a commitment to excellence in all aspects of their role.Â
What You Will Do
- Be flexible to work additional hours, including evenings, weekends, and overtime as neededÂ
- Assist with move-outs, turn, and move-ins that extend beyond normal full-time hoursÂ
- Complete all prospect tours of the communityÂ
- Responsible for following up with assigned prospects in a timely manner.Â
- Responsible for planning, implementing, and performing marketing duties and resident eventsÂ
- Maintain Lifestyle by Core brand standards across the communityÂ
- Assist in securing partnership opportunities for the communityÂ
- Curate content for social media and marketing materialsÂ
- Post to social media as directed by the Community ManagerÂ
- Create marketing materials using CanvaÂ
- Responsible for evening and/or overnight on-call and round dutiesÂ
- Present to student organizations and attend sponsored events on behalf of the communityÂ
- Assist in outbound marketing and leasing activities as neededÂ
- Complete special projects as assigned by the Community ManagerÂ
- Ensure compliance with all Core Spaces Policies and ProceduresÂ
- Responsible for ensuring product presentation always meets brand and company standardsÂ
- Perform all other duties and tasks as assigned by managementÂ

- High School Diploma or comparable degreeÂ

Physical DemandsÂ
