Customer Service and Event Coordinator – Full Time – Madison, WI

Wage: $25.00/Hour

We are seeking customer service driven individuals for a Coordinator position. We have a dedicated Region and Area Management Support Staff which will foster you through your growth and advancement in the company.

What Your Day May Look Like

  • Responsible for ordering of items and assisting with setup for client events.
  • Work with client representatives in coordination and scheduling of events.
  • Supervise and support a team of security officers on site.
  • Respond to incidents and manage emergency situations effectively.
  • Maintain detailed reports, incident documentation, and daily activity logs.
  • Communicate routine patrols and ensure proper site coverage at all times.

Position Requirements

  • Must be at least 18 years of age.
  • High school diploma or GED required.
  • 3+ years of experience in operations, hospitality, or security preferred.
  • Proficient in computer and technology use.
  • Strong verbal / written communication, reporting, and organization skills.
  • Customer service background preferred.
  • Must have great multi-tasking and interpersonal skills.
  • Must be able to interact with a wide range of individuals in a professional manner.
  • Able to remain alert and detail-oriented throughout the shift.
  • All candidates must be willing to participate in Securitas’ pre-employment screen process, including drug screen and background investigation.
