How You’ll Make a Difference (Essential Functions) The EHR Manager provides strategic and operational leadership for clinical information systems, ensuring the Electronic Medical Record (Netsmart MyUnity NX) and related technologies support high-quality, patient-centered care, regulatory compliance, and organizational objectives. This role partners with clinical leaders, information technology, business intelligence, education teams, and vendor stakeholders to optimize workflows, oversee system implementation and support, drive continuous improvement, and deliver scalable, efficient solutions that enhance clinical and operational outcomes. Key Responsibilities Clinical Systems Leadership and Strategy Provide leadership and subject matter expertise for EHR and clinical systems across the organization. Partner with clinical and non-clinical leaders to align clinical technology solutions with organizational strategy, clinical best practices, and regulatory requirements. Serve as the escalation point for complex system issues, optimization efforts, and vendor coordination. Lead cross-functional workgroups to analyze workflows, document requirements, translate clinical and operational needs into system designs, and identify optimization opportunities that improve efficiency, quality, cost, and compliance. EHR Maintenance and Support Lead administration of electronic medical record software (Netsmart MyUnity). Serve as the primary liaison with EHR and clinical system vendors for issue resolution, upgrades, testing coordination, and product evaluation. Oversee system testing including upgrade/updates, integration, and user acceptance testing, and validate clinical impact prior to deployment. Evaluate system enhancements and emerging technologies to support evolving clinical needs. Oversee the ticketing system related to EHR issues and ensure timely resolution. Participate in an after-hours support rotation. Project, Staff and Change Management Lead or oversee clinical IT projects through all phases including planning, configuration, testing, training, go-live, and post-implementation support. Develop and manage project plans, timelines, resources, risk mitigation, stakeholder communication, and change management processes to ensure sustainable adoption and governance. Coordinate end-user training sessions in conjunction with Clinical Education, clinical, and IT staff. Hire, develop, engage, and retain staff; assign and oversee work; assess performance; and provide coaching, feedback, and professional development. Other Duties Participate in internal work groups, meetings and committees relative to position responsibilities. Participate in Technology related projects, tasks and support that have a clinical component. Ensure compliance with Agrace policies and protocols, state, federal, and other regulations. Develop and adhere to annual department operating budget. You Bring (Qualifications) Three years of leadership or supervisory experience required. Two years or more supporting EHR or related clinical systems. Two years or more of project management experience.
