Employer happily covers 90% of employee Medical Benefits Family-oriented culture that values people and promotes work-life balance Tuition discounts through Rasmussen University PTO, Holiday Pay, Medical/Dental/Vision & 401(k) Benefits As a Hospice Director, here’s a big-picture view of what you’ll do: Oversee the delivery of hospice care to patients and their families, ensuring the highest quality of care in accordance with home health and hospice regulations and standards Ensure hospice staff levels are sufficient to meet the needs of patients and families Recruit, hire, orient, train and oversee hospice staff providing patient and family care Assist Hospice Administrator in the preparation and management of budgets and financial reports Evaluate patient care and ensure compliance with policies, procedures and regulatory standards Maintain inventory of medical supplies, equipment and medication to meet patient needs A few must-haves for a Hospice Director: Graduate of an accredited nursing program and active RN or BSN license in Wisconsin Minimum of 3 years of nursing experience in hospice At least 3 years of hospice or home health experience managing caregivers CPR certification Extensive knowledge of state/federal home health and hospice laws and regulatory standards Excellent management, organizational, communication and interpersonal skills Why Work for Interim HealthCare?
