HVAC Service & Maintenance Technician - Madison, OH (Full-Time W2) 
 
NO PRIOR HVAC EXPERIENCE REQUIRED!

Hearn Plumbing, Heating, & Air of Madison, OH is a fast-growing family-run business seeking to hire a couple more HVAC [Service & Maintenance] Technicians to represent our company while visiting our Madison, Ohio clients to service, repair, and propose HVAC equipment replacements while keeping up the manufacturer's recommendations and local codes.

Skills / Qualifications:

• A good attitude and a willingness to learn and be coached/mentored.
• Must be customer-service focused & have experience interacting with people (phone or in-person).
• Prior sales experience or background in selling products/services PLUS, not required.
• Must take pride in your work!
• Good communication skills (written & verbal).
• Previous experience in HVAC as a Technician is a HUGE PLUS, not required.
• Prior trade school and/or EPA Universal certification a plus!
• Basic understanding of math/arithmetic.
• Flexible schedule.
• Valid driver's license with a clean driving record.
• Ability to pass a background check and drug test.
