What you'll do

Impress your friends and family with your pizza-making skills! From stretching dough to topping and baking, we'll teach you everything you need to know to cook up one heck of a pie.

Stretch, top, and bake our famous NY-style pizzas.
Help with prep and keep the kitchen running smoothly.
Work with a supportive, fun restaurant crew (laughter required!).
Grow with us through training and raise opportunities.

What We're Looking For

If you're a team player who brings effort and good vibes to every shift, we wanna hear from you!

Able to stand/walk for long periods and lift 20-50 lbs.
Comfortable using ovens, knives, kitchen tools, and other equipment of the restaurant business.
Need to be 18+ for cook position (16-17 for Front of House at Garver).
Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation).

Cook Scheduling and Availability

Flexible schedules! We'll work with you to find a schedule that works for everyone.

State Hours: Sunday-Tuesday 11am-10pm, Wednesday-Thursday 11am-2am, Friday-Saturday 11am-2:30am.
Cook shifts typically start 1-2 hours before restaurant opening, and closing shifts typically end 1-2 hours after closing.
Late-night shift (10pm-4am) once per week required at Frances and State St locations.
Evening and weekend availability is strongly preferred.
Part-time (20-30 hrs/wk) and full-time (30-40 hrs/wk) available.
