Investment Management Technology Consultant 
Location: Madison, Wisconsin, Onsite
Full Time / Contract 
Overall 10+ years of experience required

Note: Must have public sector experience

Must possess:
  • 5+ years of Investment Management industry experience. 
  • 3+ years of Technology experience. 
  • Experience supporting Investment Management applications or technology platforms. 
  • Strong understanding of investment management business processes. 
  • Bachelor's Degree in Finance or related discipline, OR 
  • CFA Charter holder or equivalent professional credential. 
  • Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Key Responsibilities
  • Support Investment Management technology applications and platforms. 
  • Partner with Investment, Operations, Technology, and Business stakeholders. 
  • Analyze business processes and recommend technology improvements. 
  • Support portfolio management, investment accounting, securities trading, and risk management applications. 
  • Gather business requirements and translate them into technical solutions. 
  • Troubleshoot production issues and coordinate resolution. 
  • Participate in system enhancements, upgrades, testing, and implementations. 
  • Document business processes and technical solutions. 
  • Communicate effectively with business users and technical teams. 
  • Support continuous improvement initiatives across investment technology.

  • Portfolio Management Systems 
  • Investment Accounting Platforms 
  • Securities Trading Systems 
  • Investment Risk Management Applications 
  • Performance & Attribution Systems 
  • Institutional Asset Management Technology 
  • Investment Data Platforms
