SPECIFIC RESPONSIBILITIES:
The successful candidate will have the accountability to:
Provide support to the manufacturing processes by repairing industrial equipment, including Injection Molding, Material Conveyance Systems, Water Temperature control system and related systems.
Complete preventative maintenance tasks to ensure proper functioning of electrical, mechanical, hydraulic, and pneumatic systems.
Perform Kaizen activities.
Perform Inventory Audit for Spare Parts and Inventory
Support Tooling Projects and PMs as needed
EDUCATION/EXPERIENCE PREFERRED:
Education as an industrial mechanic, electrician, electro-mechanical technician, or comparable experience.
Ability to read, interpret, and analyze electrical/mechanical schematics, block diagrams, ladder diagrams, and flow charts.
Hydraulic, pneumatic, PLC knowledge required. Robotics knowledge is a plus.
Good time management skills and the ability to manage multiple projects.
Must have good interpersonal skills and the ability to communicate effectively with production staff.
