About the Role As an Onsite Inventory Specialist, you'll become the face of Mallory at one of our largest customer accounts. You'll help ensure employees always have the PPE and safety supplies they need by stocking vending machines, managing inventory, and performing regular inspections across multiple manufacturing facilities. This is an ideal opportunity for someone who enjoys working independently, staying organized, solving problems, and providing excellent customer service in an industrial environment. This part-time position (20–30 hours per week) supports three customer manufacturing facilities located in Madison, Indiana and Campbellsburg, Kentucky. Product is stocked and staged at the customer's warehouse in Madison, where you'll receive inventory before servicing each location. Most days you'll simply stock product at the customer sites, though occasional trips to the warehouse to pick up inventory may be needed. What You'll Do Every day looks a little different, but your responsibilities will include: Stock PPE and industrial safety products in customer vending machines Monitor inventory levels and perform routine cycle counts Ensure products are available so employees always have what they need Complete inspections of first aid cabinets, AEDs, emergency eyewash stations, safety showers, and emergency lighting Document inspections and inventory activity using mobile reporting software Build positive relationships with customer employees and Mallory teammates Identify opportunities to improve inventory accuracy and service Stay active throughout the day with frequent walking, bending, lifting, and movement What You'll Need We're looking for someone who is: Self-motivated and comfortable working independently Friendly, professional, and customer-focused Organized with strong attention to detail Comfortable using technology, tablets, and Microsoft Office Able to work in a fast-paced industrial environment Able to lift, bend, walk, and stay active throughout the day Qualifications Valid driver's license with at least two years of driving experience Personal vehicle available for travel between customer locations Driving record that meets Mallory's Safe Driver standards Previous inventory, warehouse, merchandising, or customer service experience preferred Ability to read and write in English Work Environment You'll be working inside industrial manufacturing facilities that are clean and well-maintained but can be dusty at times. Required PPE includes: Safety glasses Ear plugs Flame-resistant (FR) jacket Hard hat in designated areas You'll primarily service coil-style PPE vending machines (no lockers).
