The role involves assessing, planning, and implementing therapeutic programs aimed at improving mobility, relieving pain, and enhancing the quality of life for our patients. The Physical Therapist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans. - Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve mobility, strength, and coordination. - Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and post-therapy care to ensure continuity of care. - Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. - Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and comprehensive care. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards. - Participate in continuing education opportunities to stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices. - Provide guidance and mentorship to physical therapy assistants and support staff. - Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients during therapy sessions. - Contribute to the development and implementation of clinic programs and initiatives aimed at improving patient care and service delivery.
