Job DetailsJob Location: Wildwood Clinic Madison - Madison, WI 53716Position Type: Full TimeEducation Level: Graduate DegreeTravel Percentage: NegligibleJob Category: Health CareJob Purpose: - The Physical Therapist at WILDWOOD FAMILY CLINIC will be responsible for providing comprehensive physical therapy services to patients with a variety of conditions. The role involves assessing, planning, and implementing therapeutic programs aimed at improving mobility, relieving pain, and enhancing the quality of life for our patients. The Physical Therapist will collaborate with a multidisciplinary team to ensure the delivery of high-quality, patient-centered care. Key Responsibilities: - Conduct thorough assessments of patients' physical conditions and develop individualized treatment plans. - Implement therapeutic exercises and techniques to improve mobility, strength, and coordination. - Educate patients and their families on treatment plans, exercises, and post-therapy care to ensure continuity of care. - Monitor and document patients' progress, adjusting treatment plans as necessary to achieve optimal outcomes. - Collaborate with physicians, nurses, and other healthcare professionals to provide coordinated and comprehensive care. - Maintain accurate and up-to-date patient records in compliance with clinic policies and regulatory standards. - Participate in continuing education opportunities to stay current with advancements in physical therapy practices. - Provide guidance and mentorship to physical therapy assistants and support staff. - Ensure a safe and supportive environment for patients during therapy sessions. - Contribute to the development and implementation of clinic programs and initiatives aimed at improving patient care and service delivery. Pay commensurate with experience.  Job Type: Full-time Benefits: 401(k) Dental insurance Flexible spending account Health insurance Life insurance Paid time off Work Location: In personQualificationsRequired Education: - Physical Therapy degree from an accredited program - Current state licensure as a Physical Therapist Required Experience: - Minimum of 2 years of experience in a clinical setting, preferably in outpatient care - Experience in developing individualized treatment plans for a diverse patient population - Proven track record of successful patient outcomes and satisfaction Required Skills and Abilities: - Strong knowledge of physical therapy principles, techniques, and equipment - Excellent communication skills to effectively interact with patients, families, and healthcare team members - Ability to assess patient needs and modify treatment plans accordingly - Proficiency in maintaining accurate and timely patient records - Capability to work independently and collaboratively within a multidisciplinary team - Commitment to continuous professional development and staying updated with the latest industry practices and standards
