Job Description

We are seeking an experienced Outpatient Physical Therapist Recruiter to join our team as a 1099 independent contractor. This role offers a true 50/50 commission split on all permanent placements. You’ll work remotely, manage your own desk, and recruit Physical Therapists for outpatient settings across the U.S.

Qualifications

Minimum 1–2 years of experience recruiting Physical Therapists

Proven success in outpatient or rehab therapy recruitment.

Knowledge of healthcare credentialing, licensing, and compliance standards.

Strong communication, relationship management, and negotiation skills.

Self-motivated with the ability to work independently and meet placement goals.
