The Opportunity
As MCD continues to grow, our Customer Service team is expanding to support increasing customer and production demands. We are seeking a Project Coordinator to manage customer projects and ensure accuracy and customer satisfaction throughout the process. This role serves as a key liaison between customers, sales, and internal production teams.

🕒 Schedule

  • Core Hours: Monday - Friday, 8 AM - 5 PM
  • Status: Salaried, Exempt

What You'll Do

  • Responsible for key accounts as assigned, including providing all customer service activities (order entry and acknowledgment, job check-in, specification confirmation, job tracking, problem-solving, and resolution, etc.).
  • Providing accurate estimates for incoming jobs defined as previous runs.
  • Providing accurate job plans with clear direction for the production floor.
  • Providing "Job Change Orders" as required, including edit processes, additional makereadies, etc.
  • Ability to open, evaluate, and discuss a variety of customer-supplied files.
  • Complete purchase orders for non-inventory items for jobs as needed.
  • Responsible for assuring compliance with all applicable quality system procedures.
  • Responsible for recognizing and implementing changes needed to streamline workflow from customer service to production.
  • Responsible for profitability and feedback from their customer group.
  • Coordinate press checks with customers, including limited travel for occasional customer visits.
  • Provide vacation coverage for other department members as required.
  • Responsible for all aspects of assigned customer relationships, including customer satisfaction and the successful management of customer projects.
  • Other duties as assigned to support the team and business needs.
What We Are Looking For
  • At least 5 years of experience in a customer service, estimating, or planning position
  • At least 3 years in the print or print finishing industry
  • A 2-year degree in a related field or equivalent relevant work experience
  • Proficiency with computer-based order entry and job planning systems
  • A high degree of accuracy and attention to detail
  • Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills.
