BASIC FUNCTION:
Support Quality Functions in Any of the Production Areas, Including Defect Analysis
Perform Measurements and Part Checks
Record and Analyze Data Collection and Data Entry for Inspected Parts and Quantity of Defects
Perform PDCA Activity in Production Areas
Able to Lead Problem-Solving Activities, Including Whiteboard and Kaizen Activities
Assist with training team members on inspection instructions and defects.
Complete assigned audits thoroughly and on time.
Backup for group lead as necessary.
QUALIFICATIONS AND EDUCATION REQUIREMENTS:
Basic Computer Skills Such as Word, Excel, and PowerPoint
Basic Documentation Skills
Basic Measurement Skills
Coachable and Positive Attitude
Prompt and Regular Attendance
Able to Work OT on Short Notice
PHYSICAL REEQUIREMENTS:
Ability to stand and walk for extended periods throughout the workday.
Ability to bend, stoop, kneel, crouch, climb, reach, push, pull, and perform physical activities required to support manufacturing operations.
Ability to use hands and fingers to operate equipment, tools, computers, and other business systems.
Ability to occasionally lift and/or move up to 15 pounds independently.
Ability to visually inspect products, equipment, and work areas for quality and safety concerns.
Ability to communicate effectively in a manufacturing environment.
