Job Requirements

Experience in any of the following fields:

General building maintenance
Automotive repair/maintenance
HVAC
Plumbing
Refrigeration
Electrical 12VDC and 120VAC
Basic Carpentry

Requirements

Job Skills

Excellent communication skills.
Basic computer skills.
Attention to detail.
Able to work under pressure.
Able to be part of a Team
Ability to multi-task and prioritize workload, and who is detail orientated with speed and accuracy.
