About the Role

Impress your friends and family with your pizza-making skills! From hand-stretching dough to topping and baking, we'll teach you everything you need to craft an incredible pie. You'll also learn dough and cheese prep and pitch in where needed to keep the kitchen running smoothly.

No experience required, though dough-stretching or pizza experience is a huge plus! We offer clear paths for growth, with ongoing training and opportunities for raises.

Ian's Pizza is a fast-paced, high-volume restaurant, be ready to hustle on your shifts! The team will support you, and we'll have fun along the way. We pinky promise.

What We're Looking For

If you're a team player who brings effort and good vibes to every shift, we wanna hear from you!

Able to stand, walk, be on your feet for long periods of time.
Able to lift up to 50lbs regularly.
Able to tolerate touching and being around allergens such as gluten, dairy, eggs, etc.
Comfortable using ovens, knives, kitchen tools, and other equipment of the restaurant biz.
Comfortable working in environments with varying temperatures.
Comfortable working and communicating in loud, fast-paced working environments.
Must be 18+ years old to apply.
Authorized to work in the U.S. (IDs required at Orientation).

Scheduling

Flexible schedules! We'll work with you to find a schedule that works for everyone.

We're open Sunday-Wednesday 11am-10pm, Thursday 11am-2am, and Friday-Saturday 11am-2:30am! Shifts start as early as 9am and end as late as 4am.

The action happens on evenings and weekends! The ovens are roaring, the line's bumping, and the energy's high. So, we'll need you in the mix. Late-night shifts (10pm-4am) are required once per week.
