Purpose of Role: The Senior Project Manager plays a key role in guiding medium-to-large cross-functional projects that advance our product development and technology roadmap. You will lead and coordinate teams through structured planning and decisive execution—ensuring clarity, alignment, and disciplined project management. This role is well-suited for someone who takes initiative in a technical environment, values clear communication, and is energized by creating alignment and enabling teams to do their best work. As part of the PMO, you’ll help ensure New Product Development project delivery practices remain consistent, inclusive, and effective across the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Project Planning & Delivery: Lead the planning and delivery of medium-to-large engineering or product development projects, ensuring objectives for scope, schedule, cost, quality, and risk are met. Maintain clear plans, schedules, budgets, and risk registers to support transparency and shared understanding.
  • Cross-Functional Leadership, Accountability & Engagement: Drive alignment and accountability across cross-functional project teams. Partner with engineering, product, operations, supply chain, test, and other technical groups to support effective problem-solving and decision-making and communicate with clarity, empathy, and proactivity to ensure stakeholders are informed and aligned.
  • Reporting, Governance & PMO Alignment: Prepare and maintain project documentation, schedules, budgets, and risks. Provide clear and structured reporting to leadership and PMO governance forums, and share project updates, issues, and recommendations in a way that enables informed action.
  • Continuous Improvement, Process Creation & Initiative Ownership: Identify opportunities to strengthen project delivery, streamline workflows, and enhance consistency, and drive the creation, refinement, and ownership of project-related processes, tools, and PMO initiatives. Champion disciplined, repeatable practices across the project portfolio.
  • Safety First: Demonstrate 100% commitment to our zero harm behaviors in support of our drive towards developing a world class safety culture.

Job Knowledge/Education and Qualifications:

  • Bachelor’s Degree – Engineering, Project Management, Business, or related field
  • 8+ years of project management experience leading cross functional engineering or product development projects
  • 3-5 years of experience with new product development
