Job Description
Role Overview: Unpack Your Potential  Â
As a Maintenance Technician, you will service and support manufacturing operations by maximizing production output through timely machine repairs, procurement of replacement parts, preventive maintenance, adherence to safety standards, and upkeep of building systems.Â
Schedule:  Â
Shift: 12-hour night shifts (6 PM – 6 AM) on a 4-3 rotation   Â
Fixed Days:   Â
Option 1: Sunday–Tuesday and every other Saturday  Â
Option 2: Wednesday–Friday and every other Saturday  Â
Note: Employees are assigned to one of the two fixed schedules and do not rotate between them.  Â

What you’ll do:   Â
Asses and repair equipment as problems arise for the machines and the buildingÂ
Attend and participate in maintenance department and plant meetingsÂ
Assist in capital improvement projectsÂ
Troubleshoot mechanical, pneumatic, hydraulic and electrical issuesÂ
Make repairs in a timely manner, while working under pressureÂ
Assist other departments with improvement projectsÂ
Complete required forms legiblyÂ

What we want from you: Lead the Pack  Â
Preferred qualifications:   Â
4+ years of experience in Industrial Maintenance Mechanic/Technician or related role in a manufacturing environment or equivalent combination of related experience and educationÂ
Experience maintaining hydraulic, pneumatic, mechanical and electrical systemsÂ
Prefer strong electrical background with emphasis around controlsÂ
Solid communication and teamwork skillsÂ
Willing and able to work a flexible schedule of up to 12-hour shiftsÂ

Ability to stand for 12-hour shifts   Â
Stand, walk, bend, and lift up to 50 lbs.   Â
Perform tasks in a fast-paced production environment   Â
