Responsibilities
- Troubleshoot, repair, and perform periodic maintenance on garage doors and openersÂ
- Install various types of garage doors and openersÂ
- Manage the truck, its inventory as well as schedule and client communications
- Utilize Service Titan software to share estimates, invoice customers, and follow up with opportunities
- Provide solutions for each application as it pertains to safety, functionality, and performance
- Deliver superior customer satisfaction every job
Qualifications
- 2+ years of experience repairing or installing residential garage doors and motors
- Mechanical aptitude – knowledge and skill in using various hand and power tools
- Sales and customer service experience is highly preferred
- Able to move or lift 50-75 plus pounds over your head, bend, climb, reach, kneel, etc. for extended periods.
- Positive attitude with a desire to learn
- High School Education
- Valid driver’s license with clean driving record
- Clean criminal background.

Compensation: $55,000.00 - $75,000.00 per year
