Job DetailsJob Location: Waller, TX 77484Mako Industries is looking for a skilled Mechanical Assembler to join our team in Waller, Texas. The Mechanical Assembler will be responsible for assembling mechanical components and connecting parts into complete assemblies while ensuring all components are properly fitted, secured, and functioning according to specifications. The ideal candidate will have strong mechanical aptitude, excellent hand-eye coordination, and hands-on experience working with mechanical and electrical components. Candidates must be comfortable using hand and power tools and interpreting technical drawings, diagrams, blueprints, and written or verbal instruction. Assemble mechanical components and subassemblies according to drawings, blueprints, and work instructions. Install and secure nuts, bolts, fasteners, and hardware. Install and connect tubing and tube fittings. Install cable, cable glands, and related components. Install and work with electrical conduit and/or cable tray. Use hand tools, power tools, measuring devices, and other equipment required for assembly. Read and interpret mechanical drawings, diagrams, blueprints, and assembly instructions. Inspect assembled components to ensure proper fit, alignment, and functionality. Identify and correct assembly issues or defects. Ensure all components are securely connected and meet required safety and quality standards. Follow all company safety procedures and maintain a clean and organized work area. Work collaboratively with other team members to meet production schedules and quality requirements. Candidates MUST have hands-on experience with: Nuts & bolts / mechanical fasteners Tubing & tube fittings Cable & cable glands Conduit and/or cable tray  Qualifications  Previous experience in mechanical assembly, equipment assembly, industrial manufacturing, or a related field. Ability to read and understand technical drawings, blueprints, diagrams, and written instructions. Strong mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting skills. Experience using hand and power tools. Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail. Ability to accurately measure, align, and assemble components. Ability to work independently as well as part of a team. Ability to safely lift and handle materials and components as required. Experience with mechanical and electrical systems. Industrial or manufacturing assembly experience. Experience working with piping, tubing, conduit, cable tray, or electrical components. Experience working in a production or industrial environment.
