Multimedia Specialist | Houston TX (Onsite)

You will oversee the development and delivery of multimedia content across digital and physical platforms, ensuring consistency, quality, and alignment with marketing goals.

About the Role

The Multimedia Specialist is a hands on creative role focused on photography, videography, and graphic design. You will own the creative process from concept through execution, working closely with marketing, sales, and leadership teams. This role is ideal for a highly organized, visually driven professional who enjoys storytelling and brand building.

What You Will Do

Collaborate cross functionally to develop multimedia content aligned with company goals
Lead creative development including concepting, storyboarding, scripting, and shoot planning
Serve as the internal photographer and videographer using company provided equipment and software
Create and maintain a well organized digital asset library
Establish and maintain standards for templates, storage, naming conventions, and brand guidelines
Adapt content for multiple platforms including websites, social media, advertising, and email
Design and update marketing materials such as videos, graphics, brochures, ads, presentations, and signage
Ensure brand consistency and quality control across all visual materials
Monitor content performance and adjust creative direction as needed
Support marketing events, both virtual and in person
Conduct project and market research as required

What We Are Looking For

Bachelor's degree in graphic design or a related field
Five or more years of full time experience in graphic design or multimedia production
Strong proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite including Photoshop, Illustrator, Premiere Pro, and After Effects
Strong understanding of photography, videography, and visual design principles
Familiarity with social media platforms and content best practices
Highly organized, creative, detail oriented, and collaborative
Ability to manage multiple projects and meet deadlines
Agency or enterprise environment experience preferred
Experience with WordPress and Asana preferred
A professional portfolio is required and will be reviewed prior to hiring

Work Environment

This role operates in a collaborative corporate environment supporting multiple portfolio companies. Travel is required to capture project footage, attend meetings, industry events, and other business related activities.
