Position Summary:
We are seeking a board-certified Nurse Practitioner to join our growing primary care clinic. In this autonomous role, you will manage a diverse patient panel, focusing on health promotion, disease prevention, and the long-term management of chronic conditions. We are looking for a collaborative provider who is passionate about building lasting relationships with patients and delivering exceptional care.
Key Responsibilities:
- Perform comprehensive patient histories and physical examinations.
- Order, perform, and interpret diagnostic tests.
- Formulate and implement personalized treatment plans.
- Prescribe medications and other therapies.
- Educate patients and families on managing acute and chronic health conditions.
- Maintain accurate and timely electronic health records (EHR).
Qualifications:
- Current and unrestricted NP license in the state of Texas.
- Master's Degree in Nursing from an accredited program.
- Current national board certification (AANP or ANCC).
- DEA registration or eligibility for prescriptive authority.
- Proficiency with EHR systems, preferably EPIC.
- Excellent communication, interpersonal, and diagnostic skills.
Work Hours:
- Monday through Thursday 7:00 AM - 5:00 PM, Friday 8:00 AM - 12:00 PM
Start Date: October/ November 2026
