Key Responsibilities
- Provide attentive, evidence-based nursing care to Med-Surg / IMU patients with varying acuity levels.
- Perform thorough assessments, anticipate needs, and respond promptly to subtle changes in patient condition.
- Administer medications and therapies with precision, safety, and a reassuring bedside manner.
- Partner closely with physicians and the interdisciplinary team to coordinate individualized care plans.
- Offer clear, compassionate education to patients and families during vulnerable moments.
- Ensure meticulous, timely documentation that reflects the quality and integrity of the care provided.

Requirements
Qualifications
- Active RN license in the State of Texas (or compact license in good standing).
- Recent experience in Medical Surgical and/or Intermediate/Stepdown nursing strongly preferred.
- Current BLS certification required; ACLS, PALS highly preferred.
- Exceptional communication skills, polished professional demeanor, and strong critical-thinking ability.
- Demonstrated reliability, integrity, and commitment to maintaining a calm, welcoming environment for patients, families, and colleagues.
