AO CASA INC is looking for a Warehouse & Sales Associate to support both warehouse operations and customer sales activities.

This position combines hands-on warehouse work with showroom customer support and sales follow-up. The role will primarily focus on sales activities while also assisting with warehouse operations based on business needs.

Responsibilities

Assist showroom customers and provide product information.
Follow up with customer inquiries, quotes, and orders.
Support local sales development and customer relationships.
Receive, organize, and prepare inventory for customer pickups and shipments.
Assist with loading/unloading products and basic warehouse tasks.
Maintain a clean and organized showroom and warehouse environment.

Requirements

1+ year experience in sales, customer service, warehouse, or related fields.
Valid forklift certification or prior forklift operation experience required.
Ability to safely operate warehouse equipment and handle products up to 50 lbs.
Good communication and customer service skills.
Basic computer skills.
Bilingual English/Chinese is a plus.

Pay: $20.00–$23.00 per hour (depending on experience)
