We are seeking a dependable, flexible, and positive Office Support Staff member to join our team. This position plays an important role in the daily operations of our facility by providing administrative support, assisting in classrooms as needed, supervising outdoor areas, and helping wherever needed to ensure a safe and productive environment.

Work Schedule

  • Monday through Friday
  • 10:00 a.m. – 6:45 p.m.
Primary Responsibilities
  • Answer and direct incoming phone calls in a professional and courteous manner.
  • Provide classroom coverage and support when teachers are absent or need assistance.
  • Assist with general office tasks, including filing, copying, organizing materials, data entry, and other administrative duties.
  • Monitor and check playgrounds to ensure the safety and well-being of children.
  • Greet visitors and provide excellent customer service to families and guests.
  • Help maintain an organized, clean, and welcoming office environment.
  • Assist with closing procedures each evening to ensure the school is secure, clean, and ready for the next day.
  • Perform other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the Director.
Qualifications
  • High school diploma or equivalent required.
  • Previous office, administrative, or childcare experience is preferred.
  • Strong communication and organizational skills.
  • Ability to multitask and adapt to changing priorities.
  • Friendly, professional, and dependable.
  • Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.
Physical Requirements
  • Ability to stand, walk, and move between classrooms and outdoor areas throughout the day.
  • Ability to occasionally lift up to 35 pounds.
