This posting is for  long term, onsite role, manufacturing plant environment.


Admin will assists with shipping, operations, and technical disciplines of ongoing projects and operational targets.  A recent graduate will gain experience in manufacturing principals, logistics, quality and operational standards.  Role could move in to a long term position, as this is an   open-ended position.


Responsibilities:


Department Support: Jump into any area (Production, Quality, or Shipping) that needs help for the day.

  • Problem Solving: Use your engineering background to reduce waste and make our mat-making process faster and better.
  • Admin Tasks: Help the Plant Manager with the "paperwork" side of things—this includes data entry, updating safety logs, and organizing shift schedules.
  • Standardizing: Write down simple instructions (SOPs) for the team so everyone knows how to run the machines correctly.
  • Project Tracking: Keep track of daily production numbers and report them back to the Plant Manager



Requirements: 


Relevant degree such as bachelor’s degree in engineering,

 

  • Strong analytical and computer skills.
  • Intermediately level MS Excel.
  • Problem Solving skills.
  • Able to work autonomously and together in a team dynamic.
  • Good communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work in a manufacturing environment utilizing critical thinking skills.
