Requirements

  • 2+ years of dental office experience
  • Familiarity with Open Dental software
  • Bilingual in Spanish is a preferred
  • Knowledge of dental terminology and procedures
  • Experience assisting the office manager with workflow, training others, and some AR
  • Experience with answering multi-phone lines, treatment planning, and insurance verifications
  • Excellent customer service skills
  • Team player
