What You’ll Do as a Day Maker:

• Provide outstanding service at the pay station – every interaction is a chance to make a guest’s day.
• Promote and sell memberships with integrity. Our focus is on rewarding your efforts, not just closing the sale. The more memberships you sell, the more you can earn with our upcoming commission program – but remember, customer satisfaction always comes first.
• Build positive relationships with guests, making them feel welcome and appreciated.
• Ensure everything at the pay station runs smoothly and efficiently.
• Maintain a professional appearance that reflects the ClearWater brand.

Compensation:

• $13 - $15 per hour base pay, plus the opportunity to earn more with our upcoming commission program. The more memberships you sell, the more you can earn – but remember, it’s all about helping our guests and keeping our standards high.
• Enjoy free car washes as part of our team!
• This is a full-time, day-shift position, with 35-40 hours a week.

Qualifications

What We’re Looking For:

• A friendly, positive attitude that makes guests feel comfortable.
• A bit of sales experience is preferred, but we’re happy to train the right person with a willingness to learn.
• Ability to focus on the details and take pride in your work.
• Enjoy working outside, rain or shine.
• Reliable and able to work your scheduled shifts on time, every time.
