Position Overview

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Events Coordinator to lead and expand our event marketing efforts in the Charlotte, NC market and surrounding areas.

This role is ideal for someone who thrives in a fast-paced environment, enjoys leading teams, and is passionate about driving results through event-based marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Research, identify, and secure local events, trade shows, and community engagements
  • Negotiate contracts with vendors and event organizers
  • Develop and maintain a strategic annual event calendar
  • Recruit, hire, train, and coach Event Demonstrators
  • Schedule and manage event staff to ensure optimal coverage and performance
  • Coordinate booth setup, breakdown, and on-site execution
  • Generate leads and schedule free in-home consultation appointments
  • Collect and manage lead information and contest entries
  • Follow up with prospects to drive appointment conversions
  • Track, analyze, and report event performance metrics and ROI

Qualifications

  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills

  • Excellent organizational and time management abilities
  • Leadership experience with the ability to train and motivate a team
  • Comfortable working in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
