Qualifications

  • 3-year minimum dental front office experience and/or with dental insurances
  • Hands-on experience with dental billing, insurance verification, collections, and claim submissions is required
  • Familiarity with dental terminology, CDT codes, and procedures
  • Ability to explain complex financial concepts to patients in a clear, compassionate manner
  • Detail-oriented with excellent organizational and time management skills
  • Capable of handling high-volume environments
  • Skilled in problem-solving and navigating insurance-related issues
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
  • Knowledge of Open Dental software
  • Bilingual in Spanish is preferred
