A Typical Day in the Clinic:

  • Clinical Leadership: Train, supervise, and mentor dedicated Behavior Therapists (RBTs), fostering an environment of continuous growth.

  • Data-Driven Treatment: Design, monitor, and evaluate data collection systems to analyze treatment efficacy and pivot plans in real-time.

Qualifications

What We Are Looking For:

  • Active Board Certified Behavior Analyst (BCBA) certification in good standing.

  • Licensed Behavior Analyst (LBA) certification in the state of Texas (or eligible to obtain).

  • A compassionate professional who values perspective-taking, clinical integrity, and teamwork.

  • Experience supervising BCBA candidates or a strong desire to mentor future clinicians (tailored mentoring and supervision opportunities available).
