We are seeking a Senior Product Manager to help shape the future of Chefman and serve as the subject matter expert for assigned product categories. Role and Responsibilities

  • Own and develop the strategy and roadmap for assigned product categories.
  • Conduct market research, competitive product analysis, retail evaluations, and consumer research to maintain a sharp, current view of the category landscape.
  • Translate consumer, market, and business insights into clear product opportunities and actionable category strategy.
  • Partner closely with product development, marketing, creative, culinary, sales, and other cross-functional teams to align priorities and drive products from concept through launch and beyond.
  • Develop detailed product briefs that translate category strategy into clear product, creative, and marketing direction.
  • Track category and product KPIs, including product performance and customer satisfaction, and recommend improvements based on results.
  • Serve as the product category subject matter expert, keeping stakeholders aligned on priorities, decisions, risks, and next steps.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor's degree required; degree in business, marketing, technology, or a related field preferred.
  • 7+ years of product management experience, ideally within consumer electronics, durable goods, small appliances, or CPG.
  • Demonstrated experience managing physical consumer products through the product lifecycle, from strategy and concept development through launch and post-launch performance.
  • Strong organizational and prioritization skills, with the ability to manage multiple products and initiatives simultaneously.
  • Strong customer empathy and design thinking, with a clear focus on product quality and the end-user experience.
  • Comfortable working with data and KPIs, asking the right questions, identifying trends, and recognizing when performance is off track.
  • Demonstrated ability to translate consumer and market insights into actionable product strategy.
  • Experience working cross-functionally with product development, marketing, creative, sales, and other business teams.
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, with the ability to communicate clearly and keep teams aligned.
