Required Skills and Experience:路聽聽聽聽聽聽7+ years of experience in managing technical projects within data engineering, data modeling, or data warehousing environments.路聽聽聽聽聽聽Strong hands-on technical background with expertise in RDBMS, NoSQL, data warehouses, data lakes, and ETL processes.路聽聽聽聽聽聽Experience with data platform migrations, including transitioning from on-premise to cloud-based solutions like AWS Redshift, Snowflake, or similar technologies.路聽聽聽聽聽聽Proven experience working with metadata management, data modeling tools (Erwin, ER Studio, etc.), and database design principles.路聽聽聽聽聽聽Proficiency in performance tuning for data pipelines, databases, and application queries.路聽聽聽聽聽聽Solid understanding of project management methodologies (Agile, Scrum, or Waterfall) and best practices.路聽聽聽聽聽聽Demonstrated ability to lead cross-functional teams and manage complex projects with multiple stakeholders.路聽聽聽聽聽聽Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to data platforms, ETL pipelines, and SQL/PL-SQL scripts.路聽聽聽聽聽聽Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to clearly convey technical information to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
Preferred Qualifications:路聽聽聽聽聽聽Bachelor鈥檚 or Master鈥檚 degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related technical field, or equivalent experience.路聽聽聽聽聽聽Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS Cloud for data management and migration projects.路聽聽聽聽聽聽Relevant certifications in project management (PMP, PRINCE2) or technical certifications in data platforms or ETL tools.路聽聽聽聽聽聽Someone who can bridge the gap between technical teams & business stakeholders, ensuring successful delivery of complex data projects while maintaining high standards of quality, performance, and efficiency.
