In This Role, You will:

As a CNC Machinist, you will set up, operate, and monitor CNC machinery (Lathe and Milling) to product high-quality precision components.  You will follow production schedules, interpret blueprints, perform inspections and maintain your area.

Key Responsibilities:  

• Set up and operate CNC machines, including lathes and milling equipment, according to specifications and blueprints.
• Load and unload materials.
• Monitor machine operations and make basic program or tooling adjustments as needed.
• Perform routine inspections and quality checks on finished parts.
• Read and follow work instructions, blueprints, and technical drawings.
• Troubleshoot minor machine issues and report more complex issues.
• Meet production goals while upholding quality and efficiency standards.
• Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area.

Requirements

What You Need: 

• A minimum of 2 years of experience operating CNC machines
• Mechanical aptitude
• Attention to detail
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and measurement tools
