Material Handler

Position Summary 

 Wrap legs for the spring up position, keep work pushed over to spring up. After frames spring up, put frames on proper trailer to be sent up to plant 2. Change lowers on beds if needed, put on slats/legs also to be sent up to plant 2. May use tugger and forklift. 

Knowledge, skills, and abilities:

•    Place wrap on legs, send to spring up, keeping them supplied.
•    Change bars on beds if needed – put slats, legs and hardware kits with proper style and then send to plant 2 on trailer, it will need to be scanned.
•    Bases that come from finishing conveyors need to be placed on skids on roller bed, tied down if it is not a sectional, also to be sent to plant 2.
•    After chairs are sprung up, load onto cell 4 trailer, keeping sets together – needs to be scanned.
•    May perform other duties/special or non-routine assignments as instructed by supervisor.
