SUMMARY:Â
The Associate Implementation Analyst supports structured documentation and discovery activities under the guidance of an Implementation Analyst. This entry-level role is focused on building foundational skills in client documentation, configuration tracking, and cross-functional communication within the Client Delivery team. The Associate works from established templates and processes, with close oversight, contributing to program documentation, meeting notes, and requirement tracking for active engagements. This role is designed to develop into a full Implementation Analyst position as competencies mature.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Assist in documenting structured client discovery sessions under the direction of an Implementation Analyst — capturing notes on patient population, therapy characteristics, and workflow requirements
- Populate pre-built templates with client-specific information gathered from discovery calls and internal briefings
- Maintain organized, up-to-date records of program documentation including requirements logs, decision notes, open questions, and change tracking
- Support the review of configuration builds by cross-referencing documented requirements against development outputs and surfacing potential discrepancies for the Implementation Analyst to assess
- Prepare meeting summaries, action item logs, and follow-up documentation for internal and client-facing sessions
- Assist in developing training and change management materials by compiling accurate notes on configured workflows
- Support UAT coordination tasks including scheduling logistics, preparing test documentation, and tracking tester feedback under Implementation Manager direction
- Contribute to the team knowledge base by documenting reusable patterns and observations from active engagements
- Monitor post-launch hypercare queues and flag issues to the Implementation Analyst for triage and escalation
- Escalate gaps, ambiguities, or requirements that appear to fall outside available templates to the supervising Implementation Analyst immediately
QUALIFICATIONS
- 0–2 years of experience in business analysis, client services, technical documentation, or a related field; recent graduates with relevant internship experience encouraged to apply
- Strong written communication skills — able to produce clear, organized notes and documentation from complex conversations
- Detail-oriented with an ability to track multiple open items across concurrent engagements
- Familiarity with Salesforce, CRM platforms, or workflow tools is a plus
- Exposure to specialty pharmacy, patient access, or hub services environments preferred but not required
- Comfort working within structured templates and established processes
- Basic familiarity with Jira or equivalent project tracking tools is helpful
- Eagerness to learn Agile delivery methodologies and product intake processes

PHYSICAL DEMANDS AND WORK ENVIRONMENT:
- While performing the duties of this job in a professional office environment, the noise level in the work environment is usually moderate.Â
- Work may be performed in a traditional commercial office setting with standard office lighting and white noise.Â
- Tight deadlines must be met with limited staff to support projects.
- Occasional evening and weekend work may be required.
- Occasional travel may be required for department, stakeholder’s meetings, or training.
- Remote working requires a dedicated and secure workspace free of distractions.Â
