Job Description: Xcite is seeking an experienced Automotive Paint Protection Film (PPF) Installer to perform high-quality PPF installations in a dealership environment. The ideal candidate has proven experience installing paint protection film, exceptional attention to detail, and takes pride in delivering a premium finished product. This position is hands-on and focused on producing consistent, high-quality installations while maintaining an organized and professional work environment. Compensation reflects experience, skill, and performance. Responsibilities: Perform expert-level installation of paint protection film (PPF) with precision, efficiency, and consistency. Prepare vehicle surfaces to ensure proper film adhesion and a flawless finish. Inspect completed installations to ensure quality standards are met. Maintain a clean, organized, and safety-compliant workspace. Follow dealership and company procedures to ensure timely completion of assigned vehicles. Properly care for and maintain installation tools and equipment. QualificationsQualifications: Minimum of 2 years of professional automotive paint protection film (PPF) installation experience. Strong knowledge of PPF installation techniques and surface preparation. Excellent attention to detail and commitment to producing high-quality work. Strong time management skills and ability to meet production goals. Professional attitude, reliability, and strong work ethic. Valid driver's license and clean driving record. Preferred Skills (Nice-to-Haves):  Experience installing bulk and pre-cut PPF kits. Familiarity with plotter systems and cutting software (e.g., Roland, Graphtec). Background in auto detailing, paint correction, or ceramic coating applications. Experience working in a dealership or high-volume automotive environment. Beneficial Experience:  Dealership or high-volume shop experience. Knowledge of various paint protection film products and installation techniques.
