Schedule: Full Time

Shift: Monday – Friday 8:00am to 5:00pm

Location: Hybrid, Maitland, FL

The role you’ll contribute:

Responsible for engaging with internal teams, Population Health Service Organization (PHSO), and Clinical Integrated Network to review key business needs. This position guides program delivery, collaborates on product selection, documents business needs, and becomes a subject matter expert on analytical tools. Additionally, this role assists in guiding programs across departments to enhance physician network operations. In addition, this position works under the general direction of the department executive team. Contributes to maintaining respectful relationships and outstanding customer service.

  • Provides training and support to staff on new processes and procedures.
  • Documents all process improvement activities and outcomes for future reference.
  • Utilizes data and analytics to measure the success of process improvements.
  • Engages in continuous learning to stay updated on best practices and industry standards.
  • Facilitates regular meetings and workshops to discuss process improvement opportunities.
  • Manages multiple process improvement projects simultaneously to meet organizational goals.
  • Other duties as assigned.
  • Solicits feedback from peers, customers, and management to identify areas for process improvement.
  • Analyzes collected input to determine the most impactful changes for organizational efficiency.
  • Develops and implements process improvement strategies based on gathered feedback.
  • Collaborates with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment and successful execution of process changes.
  • Monitors the effectiveness of implemented improvements and makes adjustments as necessary.
  • Communicates process changes and updates to all relevant stakeholders.


The expertise and experiences you’ll need to succeed:

Minimum qualifications:

·       Bachelor’s Degree, Business Administration, Information Technology, Healthcare-related field or equivalent experience in healthcare or analytical field Required

·       3+ years Experience in a healthcare setting or operational support/analysis Required
