Position Summary: Responsible for all aspects of project management from beginning to end under general supervision. Supervisor provides limited direction.
Position Responsibilities:
- Buildingrelationshipswithcustomers,manufacturers,andoutsidesalespeople
- Problem solve while accurately utilizing, maintaining, and tracking project data
- Communicate regularly with inside/outside sales team to understand and remain up to date on the requirements of each project
- Perform material take-offs
- Submittal creation
- Produce add order quotations
- Negotiate job buy-out
- Maintain knowledge of currently represented products
- Perform order entry, problem resolution, material management, and project closeout
- Other duties as assigned by manager
Essential Skills:
- (2) or more years of lighting project management required
- Possesses customer service experience
- Ability and willingness to teach others
- Ability to select and use training/instructional methods and procedures appropriate for the situation when learning or teaching new things
- A team-first attitude
- Must have excellent math skills
- Must be proficient on Word, Blue Beam and Outlook
- At least four years of Excel experience
