Joe Lane McDonald’s is looking for a dependable and hardworking Maintenance Team Member to help keep our restaurant clean, safe, and running smoothly. This position is important to the daily operation of the restaurant and helps create a great experience for both customers and crew members.

Responsibilities include:

• Cleaning and maintaining the interior and exterior of the restaurant
• Performing equipment cleaning and preventative maintenance
• Filtering fryers and assisting with boil-outs
• Grill recovery and deep cleaning tasks
• Taking out trash and maintaining dumpster areas
• Cleaning floors, sidewalks, lobby, restrooms, and parking lot
• Assisting with deliveries and organization of stock areas
• Reporting maintenance or safety concerns to management
• Supporting the team with general cleaning and operational tasks

Qualifications:

• Reliable attendance and punctuality
• Ability to work independently and stay productive
• Able to lift up to 50 pounds and stand for long periods
• Comfortable working in a fast-paced environment
• Previous maintenance or restaurant experience is helpful but not required
