Carpenter (Tier 1 – Field Team)

Pay Range: $25–$35 per hour (based on experience)

Halco is looking for a skilled Carpenter to join our field team. This is a hands-on role for someone who takes pride in craftsmanship, works independently, and wants clear opportunity for growth.

What You’ll Do

Perform rough, finish, or general carpentry work on residential remodeling and design-build projects
Work independently once scope and direction are provided
Read and interpret plans and specifications
Maintain strong quality and safety standards
Keep jobsites clean, organized, and professional
Support daily production goals
Step up to guide other Tier 1 team members when needed
Communicate clearly with Lead Carpenters and supervisors

What You Bring

3+ years of residential carpentry experience
Experience in framing, finish carpentry, or both
Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
Strong attention to detail and pride in craftsmanship
Professional communication and team mindset
OSHA 10 preferred
Reliable transportation
Personal hand tools (company provides power tools)
