IHT ADMIN ASSISTANT


Minimum Qualifications and experience:

• Preferred: Experience within CBHI.

• Preferred: Administration experience.


Minimum skills and knowledge:

• Attention to detail.

• Organization skills - must be able to multitask and handle specific deadlines.

• Timemanagementskills.

• Collaboration and teamwork.

• Problem solving - Addressing documentation, insurance related questions, etc.


Duties and Responsibilities:

• Monitor and process referrals promptly within specified timeframes.

• Verify referrals are eligible for IHT services and TM services.

• Verity insurance eligibility and benefits when applicable.

• Inform clinicians when they must obtain authorizations themselves.

• Initiate contact with referral sources to gather additional necessary information, including, gathering

documentation from the hub before beginning TM services.

• Communicate with clients’ parents to collect relevant supplementary details and inform about referral receipt.

• Prepare and submit MAHBA reports.

• Verify if the dates of the IHT documentation in client files fall within the established timeframe including

informed Consent, Intake Questionnaires, Treatment Plans, School ROIs, PCP ROIs, Hub ROIs, Initial

Assessment, PHQ-9 screenings, CRAFFT screenings, GAD-7 screenings, C-SSRS screenings, and CANS

Consent forms.

• Add new clients to the system, manage the upload of insurance authorizations, client information, and profiles.

• Assign, Clients to appropriate clinicians, TT&S and TMs considering their schedules and locations.

• Track and remind clinicians about CANS Assessments and treatment plans due dates.

• Verify ASD diagnosis paperwork is present for ASD diagnosis.

• Maintain and update the waiting following the CBHI requirements.

• Collaborate with clinicians on an as needed basis for administrative tasks.

• Perform billing of the CBHI program.
