Project Location: Malone, TX 76660

PRIMARY OBJECTIVES OF POSITION
Responsible for the preparation, handling, and supplying of materials to be used by other crafts.

SUMMARY OF EXPECTED OUTCOMES
-High quality, professional work product performed with initiative, productivity, a positive attitude and behavior
-Performance should meet or exceed the established standards, goals, and accountabilities of the position

RESPONSIBILITIES AND ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS
-Loading and unloading equipment
-Erect and dismantle scaffolding (5X7X16) and staging
-Level ground for scaffolding
-Tend mortar and grout
-Lift, unload, move, set, shovel mortar and grout between wheel barrows and buckets
-General cleanup and clearing of debris, including sweeping, cleaning, washing, and unloading or burning debris
-Placing, pushing, pulling and shoveling concrete
-Vibrating concrete
-All other duties as assigned

QUALIFICATIONS AND KEY SKILL REQUIREMENTS
-Ability to work with tools and equipment such as, power and non-powered hand tools, vibrators, pumps, drills and jackhammers, forklifts, skid loaders and power buggy’s
-Strong teamwork orientation
-Positive attitude and professional customer service skills
-Detail oriented
-Open to change based on diverse input and feedback
-Effectively work with those of diverse backgrounds and organizational levels
-Adaptive, effective communication and active listening skills
-Strong cross-cultural relationship building and influencing at all organizational levels
-Repetitive hand, arm, leg movements 
-Lifting, carrying, pushing, pulling: up to 50 lbs
-Lifting, carrying, pushing, or pulling over 50 lbs will be done with assistance of another team member or equipment
