What You鈥檒l get to do:

路 Provide ongoing account management to assigned clients, representing EveryMatrix and taking full ownership of your portfolio.
路 Manage all operational issues efficiently and ensure smooth delivery of services to clients.
路 Act as an internal advocate for clients, ensuring their needs and expectations are met.
路 Continuously evaluate and enhance the Middle East Team鈥檚 processes and frameworks.
路 Conduct training sessions on company products and platforms for new clients.
路 Coordinate with other departments on ongoing general projects.
路 Monitor accounts to identify upsell and cross-sell opportunities.
路 Analyze data, run tracking, and report on key KPIs.
路 Lead in-depth monthly/quarterly performance reviews, providing insights, recommendations, and strategies to the Middle East Team.
路 Assist Finance and Legal with client documentation, ensuring clients are informed about technical and non-technical changes impacting their business.

What you need to know:

路 Advanced Turkish skills or native Turkish speaker.
路 Minimum 2 years of experience in the iGaming industry, ideally in a relationship management or commercial role.
路 Previous B2B experience in a gaming development company, preferably one offering multiple iGaming verticals.
路 Genuine interest in online gaming and a strong understanding of the industry.
路 Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken.
路 Proven experience managing client relationships.
路 Familiarity with key online business functions such as marketing, affiliates, customer service, payments, content, and development.
路 Ability to travel for client meetings, workshops, and other business engagements.
路 Experience in IT/Telecoms or a related technical field is a plus.
路 Technical understanding of web services is desirable.
