Our client is currently seeking a Front Office Administrator to join their team. This role is ideal for a professional who enjoys being the first point of contact and supporting the smooth day-to-day operations of the office.
Key Responsibilities
Welcome visitors and manage the front desk in a professional and friendly manner
Answer, screen, and direct incoming phone calls and emails
Schedule and coordinate appointments and meetings
Provide general administrative support across the office
Assist with internal announcements and notices
Coordinate communication between departments and management
Monitor office supplies and place orders when required
Maintain office records and ensure proper filing systems
Manage and maintain meeting room schedules
Coordinate calendars for managers and teams, when required
Arrange domestic and international travel bookings
Plan and support internal company events
Manage procurement of company merchandise
Support the team with ad-hoc administrative tasks as needed
Requirements
Proven experience in an administrative or front office role
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Excellent organisational and time management abilities
Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Professional appearance and positive, proactive attitude
