Our client is seeking a responsible and caring Nanny to provide attentive childcare within a private household. The successful candidate will create a safe, engaging, and structured environment that supports the children’s physical, emotional, and social development.
This role requires someone proactive, organized, and genuinely passionate about working with children, ensuring their daily routines are maintained while encouraging learning and positive behaviour.
Note: This position requires offices working hours from Monday to Friday.

- Ensure the children’s safety and daily care.
- Assist with morning and evening routines
- Support their development through age-appropriate activities
- Organize routines such as meals, school schedules, and rest time.
- Communicate regularly with parents regarding progress and daily updates
Requirements
The ideal candidate will have:
- Experience working as a Nanny, Childcare Provider, or similar role
- Strong understanding of child development and age-appropriate activities
- Patient, reliable, and trustworthy personality
- Ability to manage routines independently
- Good communication skills
- Non-smoker preferred
- Flexible and adaptable attitude
Licenses & Qualifications
The following will be considered an asset:
- Valid Malta driving license
- First Aid & CPR certification
- Childcare qualification or relevant training
- Police conduct certificate
- References from previous employers
