Our client is seeking an experienced NOC Team Manager to lead its Network Operations Centre (NOC) within a fast-paced, high-availability online environment.

This is a key leadership role responsible for overseeing the day-to-day operation of the NOC, ensuring effective 24/7 monitoring, incident management, escalation processes and operational excellence across global teams. The successful candidate will work closely with Engineering, DevOps, Product, Payments, Risk and Customer Support to ensure platform stability and minimise operational disruption.

Key Responsibilities

  • Lead and manage the Company's NOC team, ensuring effective 24/7 monitoring and operational support.

  • Oversee production incidents from detection through to resolution, ensuring timely escalation and clear stakeholder communication.

  • Continuously improve monitoring, alerting, incident response workflows and operational processes.

  • Collaborate with Engineering, DevOps, Product, Payments, Risk and Support teams to maintain platform reliability and performance.

  • Ensure incidents are properly investigated, documented and followed through to resolution, including root cause analysis and post-incident reviews.

  • Develop and maintain operational documentation, runbooks and best practices.

  • Monitor operational performance, identify opportunities for improvement and drive service excellence.

  • Lead, mentor and develop a high-performing technical operations team.

  • Foster strong collaboration with offshore and distributed teams to ensure seamless operational support.

Requirements

  • Previous experience managing a NOC, Technical Support, Production Support, Incident Management or similar technical operations team.

  • Experience working within high-availability, high-traffic or 24/7 production environments.

  • Strong understanding of monitoring platforms, alerts, dashboards, logging, incident management and escalation processes.

  • Hands-on experience with monitoring tools such as Grafana, Datadog, Sentry, Prometheus, ELK, CloudWatch or similar.

  • Strong technical understanding of APIs, infrastructure, system integrations and customer-facing platforms.

  • Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

  • Proven ability to remain calm under pressure and lead teams during critical production incidents.

  • Excellent written and spoken English.

Nice to Have

  • Experience within iGaming, online casino, sports betting, fintech, payments, adtech or another high-scale digital environment.

  • Experience managing or collaborating with offshore teams, particularly in India or other global delivery centres.

  • Familiarity with SLAs, SLOs, Root Cause Analysis (RCA), post-mortems and operational best practices.
