Our client is currently seeking to recruit an Office Administrator to join their team in Malta. The role is available on either a full-time or part-time basis. For candidates applying on a part-time basis, the required schedule is 20–25 hours per week, worked daily during morning hours.
The selected candidate will play an important role in supporting the day-to-day administrative operations of the office while ensuring a professional and efficient experience for clients and colleagues alike.
Key Responsibilities
Meeting and greeting clients in a professional and welcoming manner
Answering and directing telephone calls and handling general enquiries
Issuing invoices and sending monthly statements to clients
Preparing copies of financial statements, MBR filings, and tax-related documentation
Maintaining and updating the office database and records
Assisting with general office administration and clerical duties
Providing administrative support to the wider team as required
Requirements
Previous experience in an administrative or office support role
Excellent knowledge of English & Maltese languages
Strong organisational skills and attention to detail
Good communication and interpersonal skills
Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications
Ability to manage multiple tasks and prioritise workload effectively
Professional, reliable, and proactive approach to work
